Apologies for posting in English... What harm is there if you remove the rubber buffers? I've been riding pretty much daily for four years without them. Also, the brown (ground) cable is also connected to the stator plate, which grounds the motor, right? Is this sufficient, or is the ground redundancy better? I'm assuming the brown wire is there because of the buffers.
