  1. Actually I would like to make a nice transition with the stuffer, and also to have an angle inside. Both have 3°, with 6° that we see in the 2 strokes guides the ending diameter would be too small. The right one has an offset at the end. I don't know what would be the best option.
  2. Let's try this too. All in one for my 35AS. Any suggestion for the evolution of the section inside ? Should it reduce a bit to expand at the beggining of the stuffer ? On the parma the section looks to stay the same event thouh it's oval at the end because it's not normal to the trajectory.
  3. Outch I didn't, I thought about it tonight trying to figure out the impact of the dome in the calculation, looks like it has one... So if I just reduce my squich to 0,9, I get 13,5:1 instead of 12 with 1,5mm squich, and 49% squich band Looks like I can keep my cylinder head and just use a thinner spacer on top to reduce my squich. (if my piston dome is close to 3,2cc what I have to check) Thanks Tim !
  4. Hello, I would like to update a bit the compression ratio on my Wforce 58x54. At the moment I got 127/191 with a spacer on the top and only 10,5:1 compression ratio I would like to achieve at least 11 and to get ride of the spacer on the top, therefor I will draw a new one. To draw the new head properly, any suggestion for the squich band, dome shape and so on would be welcome as I am a bit novice in head updates. I have the 125CR Wossner piston. I would like also to comfirm the dome height on this one, As it's still in the scooter. At the moment I measure 12,2cm3 of head volume (14,6cm3 - 2,46mm3 of M14x1,25 thread )

  6. I made a batch of modified PX caliper carrier. This model has a 8mm offset for the shock absorber so it's easier to fit it on small and largeframes. The area where you fix the shockabsorber is also twisted of 2° so the shock can doesn't touch the caliper. CNC, aluminium 5083, sandblasted and anodized, speedo plug like original. Designed to fit perfectly with BGM pro SC shock asbsorber for PK (the clamp measure is 23mm, it's 22,5 on the PX model so you would have to modify the carrier a little because it's 22,8) Price 220€ + 6€ shipping from France screw Available in black or warm grey
  7. @karren77 yes that's it, what a pain to remove clutch basket and spider to get access to the shaft. I'm interested of course. @Das O Apparently there were advantages using it, so probably the access, don't know about the ON/OFF issue which was supposed to disappear with ProX plates.

  11. Ohhhhhhh sorry misanderstood, you are right, like Tim said, D400 4mm is the overisize of the 54 not +4mm high...sorry !

  20. Is it possible to transform a SILURO TOURING into SPORT with the correct manifold and end plate ? I have a TOURING with 28mm manifold, and my Polini EVO cylinder as a 30mm exhaust.
  21. I don't see the pin on the pics, I would prefer a side one, os I don't get stuck in the little middle port.
