Kupplungsfrage V50 / PV - Erfahrung mit Egig One Finger Clutch
Svint1 antwortete auf Lallizoom's Thema in Vespa V50, Primavera, ET3, PK, ETS etc.
Hi, Just fitted the complete Egig one-finger-clutch in my Polini130-engine with Polini XL2 cover.... But the clutch touches the clutch cover (similar as it would on a normal V-cover), So I had to fit a 1mm spacer to make it spin free... So apperantly something wrong. -any tips? Rgrds -

Yes, please see pictures of crack and rest of frame. I guess the crack is due to fatigue due to the cut out for the shock. My plan was to fit a BGM shock and weld back the cut out. The rest of the frame is really good. The cut outs on the floor are for the funnel and exhaust valve. The funnel comes with the scoot as well as the radiators, fans and piping.

I’m selling the famous El Sidney… My scooter. Papers in my name Is in Norway Price: €2700,- I importer El Sidney from Felix many years ago, but unfortunately sold her in 2017. Bought her back in 2022. Previous owner had not been nice to her, so started dismantle her for a full refurbishment. Things came in life, so stranded. 🫣 All cooling system is removed, due to plan to mount radiators on legshield. Was also going to weld a crack on side of rear shock and finally give her a fresh paint. Now stranded, but all original parts is present and possible to fit back again. This famous classic scooter has been an icon for years, and you find the build thread here on GSF: https://www.germanscooterforum.de/topic/87329-250er-rotax-zylinder-auf-cnc-motorblock/ Now being sold for 2700,- Euros

Hi all, First, sorry for english, aber mein deutch sind sehr slecht.... I've got a M244 (60mm quatt crank, 24/63 on original gearbox, keihin28 standard ignition and SB sport3) for the moment in my SS180 Going to build a M265 on VR-one with MRP cnc reed with Vape static. (hope it is ok to ask even if not 260 but 265...) Either the SB box or a Polini box (going to try both) Will a PHBH30 be sufficient? (trying to get great milage) A lot of my touring is with my PAV41 behind the scooter, so I'm not looking for peak horsepower, but tourqe for steep Norwegian hills and mountains... Rgrds Øyvind

Yes, that is absolutely an option as well! Do you know how the Vespa color codes translate into "modern" color codes? Ø

Thanks! Sorry, forgot to mention; it is a 1994 PX200.

Hi! I have a Polini221 engine that rides very smooth. -never had so little vibrations in a Vespa engine... But that is only as long I don't push it over 7000rpm... -then it starts to vibrate heavily... I'm suspecting that the pick-up isn't all good, and can't deliver proper sparks above 7k rpm. -does that makes sence? Setup; PX200 casing matched to sylinder 60mm crank (unknown brand, bought here on GSF) SI24/24 autolube with nd3,33 and hd128 Standard ignition on 19" Polini box exhaust. Rgrds Ø

Original airfilter with drilled holes above main jet and low jet. PS! I've now running 128Hd and 3,33 on slow jet, but still stutters on low throttle....
