  1. Yes, it is mostly about the layout. I'll probably rather put it on my sidecar-PX. -with a 57mm alu-Polini... [emoji6]
  2. I'm currently using a SIP Road, and it is ok. -but the BigBox is supposed to give some more ooohmp. I could probably use the Silentbox and achieve the same output, but the design of the Silentbox is too bad...
  3. Hi Deichgraf and Happy New Year to you too! I'm aware of the S&S sollution, but does a main stand for PX fit a SS180 frame? If so, a swap would solve the case. I already have a Pipedesign exhaust, but a Silentbox220, as Marco recomended that for a Polossi engine. But I'm very dissapointed with the exhaust... -the layout on it makes it hard to turn Right without grounding it, and the sound is allmost like Shito+... And it has the same conflict with the main stand. My impression of the BigBox is alot better. But I need to sort the main stand, so I can continue to tow my PAV...
  4. Any suggestions for the New Year??
  5. Hi All! I have a 1965 SS180 with a Polossi 220 engine for touring... And for next season I want to upgrade from SIP Road to BGM BigBox... But I can't fit the BigBox, as it conflicts with the mainstand on the SS180 (spring and attachment on spring on the stand...) Any suggestions for how I can have my BigBox fitted on my SS180? (PS, Sidestand is not an option, as I very often have my PAV41 trailer along with it...) Thanks! Ø

  9. Hi all! I got two original Lucas 576 lamps to fit on my 1965 Vespa SS180. But I got some repro rubber mounts that doesnt fit at all. The angle on the rubber is way to steep, so I'll be lighting up the woods and not the road... Anyone knowing how or where to get rubber mounts that fit the legshield of a Vespa SS180? Thanks! Øyvind
  10. Hi All! Sorry for writing in English, but my German su.ks Anyway, I need papers (briefkopie/TUV) for a SS180 with a PX200 engine. It would be a bonus with papers with longstroke Polini as well! Hope you can help me! Regards Øyvind

  12. Hi, First of all, sorry for writing in English, but my german sucks... Anyway, I have a long-range tank (11,5L) in my vespa and therefore using a mikuni (20l/h) to feed my Keihin 35 on my S&S reed and crank. But somehow there are air in the system and I can only get fuel as long as it is leveled above the carb (just as standard tank) Can someone please help me and tell me how I'll get the pump working properly and get the extra 5 liters out of my tank with the pump? Thanks! Ø
  13. Hi, No, I haven't checked the reed-plates. yet. But I haven't been clear; the engine do rev up, but even on high revs, it splutters and doesn't go "clean". But as there was no trace of gas in the oil, I was wondering if there could be other reasons than the clutchseal, as I might try that before i split the engine again... PS! The engine has run only 60kms since last change of seal on the clutch-side... Rgrds, Øyvind
  14. Hi guys! Thanks for advice! -I'll test with the brake cleaner. I'm using a Keihin PKW35 with RamAir filter. And Dellorto 55l/h fuel-pump due to big gas-tank... Rgrds, Ø

  16. Hi everyone! I'm running this specs; PX200 casings and gearbox Malossi 211 + MMW head S&S 60mm crank S&S reed S&S clutch Vespatronic (24-17 Pipedesign Charger But suddenly the scooter behaves like the clutch-seal is broken. (easy going when cold, but when warm it splutters and hardly doesn't go at all) When I checked the gear-oil yeasterday, it was nice and fine, without any trace of petrol. The sealing on the flywheel side is checked and found to be ok. Why does my scooter suddenly act like this? Rgrds, Øyvind

  23. Hello! I'm currently running my Polini218 engine with a Delly PHBH BS 30mm But to get some better response in lower revs, I will try a 28mm. But the 28mm is a PHBH FD. Beside to plug the intake for the oil-pump, is there anything else I have to do to use the PHBH FD 28mm? (any suggestion for jets, as I'm using a SIP Evo pipe?) Best Regards, Øyvind
