  1. Hepp! Looking for a Sip Evo exhaust for my Polini218 engine. Rgrds, Øyvind
  2. Hello! I'm currently running my Polini218 engine with a Delly PHBH BS 30mm But to get some better response in lower revs, I will try a 28mm. But the 28mm is a PHBH FD. Beside to plug the intake for the oil-pump, is there anything else I have to do to use the PHBH FD 28mm? (any suggestion for jets, as I'm using a SIP Evo pipe?) Best Regards, Øyvind

  6. Hello! Was riding last year with a Polini 208 (57) with Pep2 and SI24. Was really good as long as I didn't stay on full throttle for hours... Then it heat-seized... Rebuilt this year with 60mm and a PHBH30 as I'm towing a PAV... but now I think the induction noise is a bit too much. And the response on low rpm's isnt good enough either... Will it be possible to ride the scooter and Pav proper with a SI24? -and how should it be jetted? The inlet is standard, but minor work done with the ports. Any help is very apreciated! Thanks! 12. Got it. -it came with the kit. But I assume that I don´t have to drill a hole that big all the way through? 5-6mm would be enough?
  13. Ok, looks good! But what size should I make the hole? -in other words, how small can I make it without loosing effect on the pump? Rgrds, Øyvind
  14. Hello! Sorry for English, but my German s.cks. Anyway, I'm about to fit a Dellorto fuelpump on my Malossi 220 Engine. The setup is Px200 engine with casings adjusted for Malossi, S&S 60mm crank, S&S, clutch, S&S reed and intake, PWK35 and a Pipedesign Charger220. It doesn't get enough fuel, so I'm about to fit a fuelpump. But how do i fit the vacum nozzle on the S&S reed-housing? Rgrds, Øyvind

But, I've built a longstroke Polini208-engine with gently ported engineblock, 1,5mm spacer at sylinderfoot, MMW head for Polini, Pep2 exhaust and no work done at the inlet. Used a SI24 this year, but no success. -seized. Are now trying a PHBH30 and I'm wondering what jets, needles and slides to use? I've searched the forum for help, but haven't found anything. Can any one help me get started? Rgrds, Øyvind
