@Patrick: Ich hab dir eine email aus Finnland weitergeleitet. Viel Spaß damit! Für die, die es interessiert: "Hi! And sorry that we haven't answered sooner to your message. Last week we brought the Hoffmann-Vespa to our work-carage from where it was being stored, so now it's time to really make an inventory of what's missing etc... Here's the info for the register, we'd be honored to be part of it. The register also confirmed us of the fact that we have the oldest Vespa in Finland... . Year of consturction = 1950 Vin number = 9533 Engine number = 7501 (we think it's 125 cc) Owner = Ari Kyösti, Finland And the photos can be found from our website www.touhumaa.com > "skootterit" -page, and they are free to use in your register. You may also put there a link to our website (sorry, it's only in Finnish...) Here's the straight links to the photos (three): http://www.touhumaa.com/skootterit/sko_kuvat/sko_hof1.jpg http://www.touhumaa.com/skootterit/sko_kuvat/sko_hof2.jpg http://www.touhumaa.com/skootterit/sko_kuvat/sko_hof3.jpg We have much more photos, but these will do until it's getting more ready, hopefully this winter. But few very essential parts are missing, such as handlebars and switching rods. Somebody has changed the original system to work with cables, and the handlebar is presumably from early 50's Italy Vespa. So if you have any hints of where to search these parts, please let us know! The rods could be done by ourselves if we got good photos and measurements, but the handlebars may be impossible... let's hope something will come up. We've heard that there might be a '51 Hoffmann-Vespa in Finland, too, but haven't really seen it. So , by know we're the "lonely wolves" in German Vespa hobby Thanks for contacting us, and do visit our webpages! Tuire Mäkinen & Ari Kyösti www.touhumaa.com " Internet ist schon was feines.
