habe noch einen original ersatzradhalter aus den 60ern ueber. war original chrom wurde aber grau uebergespritzt, gehoert idealerweise neu lackiert/verchromt. viel besser als der nachbauschrott da er durch die grossen auflageplatten die schrauben nicht ausreisst und somit die gewinde von kaskade und co i.o. bleiben. 35 eusen incl. porto von england meins, kein ebay, in london. edith kraechtzt noch rein, dass er fuer serie 3 und gp is. keine ahnung ob er an s1/2 passt.

Junx, danke fuer die Glueckwunesche, aber wie fuelle schon gaysagt hat, glaubt dem gesichtsbuch nix, der luegt. hier im gaysf bin ich mittem richtigen gayburtstag drinnen. verkaufe meinen 2. einser incl. kopp und af ansauger, hoffe englisher text ist ok. bilder folgen, preis 200 eusen + porto Tuned TS1 including manifold and head, no piston. I will be as honest as I can. I have worked in a scootershop and have tuned a few engines in the past, so i know a bit about this stuff.TS1 barrel of unknown mileage. The Nicasil is however very good and indicates not much use. I have started to tune the barrel in the following way. The exhaut port is widened by about 1.5 mil and raised by ca. 1 mil. Furthermore the inlet port is opened at the bottom. the idea was to cut a third inlet into the casing to allow for a better filling. I have shown the barrel to some (in my opinion) really good tuners and all of them told me to stick it in like it is, so it should be good to go. Nevertheless i would do the following: I would smoothen the bottom as there is a smal mark where a ring might have caught. Furthermore i would open the third transfer more to actually make it work (i can provide a description of how i think this should be done). If you want to go for torque i would take 1.5mm of the bottom of the barrel so the port timings come down and use a 60 mil crank. The inlet manifold is a standard AF one, which in my opinion works just fine. The head is a Taffspeed, which shows some marks from a seizure (was never run with this barrel) but should do. Personally I would just stick in a 115/60 crank with a nice, light and cheap Wiseco piston (u can get them on ebay us for $80) but a 107/58 or 60 would do just fine. I am selling this because i do not have time to finish the project. You are welcome to Pick up in East London. This is a private Auction, feel free to ask any question, I will get back you asap. here you can see the small mark the the bottom of the exhaust port here is the third port (needs to be opened at least to the bottom for it to work transfers have a little slot cut into them for better gasflow (can be opened more) here is the other little ding at the top of the barrel but is well below the rings so no probs here
