Danke, aber sagt mir wenig. Zahnausfall, meinst du zähnen kaput von dritten zahnrad?

Hallo, gestern ein geraüsch an meinem T5 bekommen. Das geraüsch ist ein lautes 'klak-klak-klak...' das nur im dritten gang hörbar ist. Wie schneller ich fahre des zu schneller folgen die 'klak's" ein ander auf. Wenn ich die kupplung inziehe (und weiter fahre) ist das gerausch weg. Also nur bei belastung von dem motor im dritten gang. Eins-zwo und vier geben kein problemen. Starten und fahren in die andere gängen ist auch ok. Was kan das sein? Muss ich gans das motor öffnen? gruss

ich habe das mitt richtig viel öl auggespritzt, dann sehr Heiss warmen mitt ein 'blow torch' und dann mitt ein bischen Gewalt und Hammer ... . Aber nicht ohne beschädigung am teil, leider.

Gabel von ein PX150 Millennium Disc aber der ist zu höch under der kottflügel, also vorsehe ich ein PK stossdampfer rein zu schweissen. Dann komt er 4 cm kurzer. Ist auch schöner. Oben den kotflügel ist er 1mm kurzer dan den GS gabel. Egal Bin jetzt den bremspumpe und -halter ant montieren.

Wenn ihr die Wahl hätten um ein von nächste motoren in ein GS150 zu bauen mitt Mr Ed's interface: umbau anfängen mitt ein T5 motor mitt getrentschmierung oder umbau anfängen mitt ein PX150 motor (bauj 2000), auch mitt getrentschmierung, aber mit elektr starter. Was wählt ihr? Kann ich die getrentschmierung uberhaupt behalten? Hat jemand bilder von ein GS150 tank gemodifiziert mitt ein öltank? Habt ihr allen auch ein benzinepumpe eingebaut oder ist das nicht nöttig? Ich denke das ich fertig bin um die umbau ins GS ein zu fangen nur nog folgenden antworten: T5 motor oder nicht? In die zukunft mitt ein Malossi PX150 motor oder nicht? In die zukunft mitt ein Polini Original Vergaser Dell'orto oder Mikuni 28 mitt ansaugstutz? Getrenntschmierung oder nicht (nicht mitt Mikuni)? Elektrische starter oder nicht? Vorne hydraulic bremse oder nicht.? Blinker oder nicht? Die GS soll meine tourer werden, um längere reise an zu fangen. Danke

@Eddy, bilder sehen wirklich gut aus, aber auch ein bischen extrem fur mich. Ich bin nog nicht mit mein project gestartet aber ich lass noch von mir hören wenn so ist. Ein ding ist sicher, du hast kein löcher gebohrt. :))

Im moment nen T5 standard mit JL und autolube aber der Malossi ist sehr einladend. nur das verbrach aber das ist nicht zum Thema. Michele

Ich auch, bin die letzte in die Reie für ein rahmen aber in einen Ansaugstutzen habe ich sicher interesse. Nur past dass jeder vergaser? T5 und PX? Michele

Hi guys, sorry for the delay. Yes it is a wednesday, weekends are impossible because the circuit is beeing used for motorsport also. But the bad news is that till today we don't have 20 inscriptions. So the race is due to be cancelled if we don't find some other solutions. Forget keeping it a Vespa only race. Hi, I haven't build it so far, the pictures are from Gregg's GS. Mind one thing, if you want to run the kit on a original carb you have to get rid of the carb cover. I'm thinking of putting my 177 Malossi T5 engine in my VS5 GS. Frankly I think it is a little overpriced 145$ + 8$ + 25$ shipping is 170-180 eur. I'm waiting for the 'MKII' edition, Gregg's is about to make some modifications to make it even better. Michele

Sorry guys, we've got nothing against Lambretta's. Hell I even WANT ONE one day. But for the moment we're looking if we can keep it a 'Vespa only' race. If by any chance we don't have 20 competitors by the 5the june. We're more than happy to welcome Lambretta's to the track. After all we're all the same and we're all looking for a good time. Hi guys, we (Vespa Club Genk - Belgium) have hired the racetrack of Zolder (Belgium) to do a little real racing with our Vespa's. The only condition is that we are at least with 20 Vespa's to race (to cover the cost a little bit). The price is 25 euro for a 30 minute race. Payable before 10 june. Everybody is more than welcome. Two conditions to alow racing: 1. Suited clothing, leather is not obligatory but than again t-shirts are forbiden. Wear suited clothing. 2. Attention the soundlevel of every vehicle can NOT pass the 95 decibel. There are 2 soundmeters on the track. The racepricipal will exclude any vehicle out of the race if this limit is exceded. We can't do anything about it. When? 14 july 2004 at 16h30, meeting at 16h at café Wheels on the track of Zolder in Belgium. Please be sure to enter your participation before 10 june.
