  1. good morning i have quatrini m1l-60, stroke 54, sip vape sport and big bertha. to set the ignition is horrible. 23º at idle (+- 1500rpm) and 26º at 4000 rpm is the right seting? regards

  3. good morning i allready install sip vape DC and use koso filter and conect to spark cable and works perfect. With sip vape AC i thing that clamp light wire to brown will do the work. the information to clamp white wire cdi to brown is not for DC version? thanks

  5. good morning i have strage situation maybe you can help: - have malossi sport 221 rotary valve with vhsh30 and 24/65 primary. with carburator setup nd50, DP268, needle k98, hd 122. the vespa was to greasy (+++), with candle greasy but with 145gps top speed. change setup carburator to nd50, DP266, needle k98, hd128, great response, candle brown, but only 135 gps !!!!! why this? is no sense.

  9. hi i solve the backfire . all running great. 105 km/h GPS with original Super150 gearbox and 8" tire. Pinasco 177 2 channel, carburator s.i 24/24 (58/160, hd 110), ignition SIP 20º fixed, polini box exhaust. regards
  10. hi dimple i have the same situation in super 150 and pinasco 177 2 channel, shoot fire by exhaust. with 24/24 i went to 60/160, 3 turn screw air/mixture, and 110 hd. more HD the engine goes up in rpm slow. i think that 19ª ignition will help litle bit. pinasco 177 have lot compression and that need lot fuel in idlejet because he burns everything
  11. hi my setup is M1XL with full circle crank 60mm, keihin pwk28, fuel pump mikuni round,BBS exhaust, sip vape static the timing is 127º transfer and 177º exhaust and 1,5mm squish i like to improve the performance in all rpm band , i was thinking 2 ways: - shave bottom cylinder 0,5mm to have something +- 124º and porting exhaust to 180º or - have the 127º and porting exhaust to 183º what will work better

  16. hi nordspeed r/t 25 is out stock. i like it for is performance = high torque and high power pré reso. there is some pipe design with same performance or r/t 25 is really great? thank you
  17. hi i have situation that i think is not normal: the breather tubes spits fuel. is kehin pwk 28 with mikuni round pump and is quattrini M1xl engine. the carburator is slightly tilted to the right. i made test and the fuel is in gasket level regards

  19. hi - VMC Crono can be drive with rotary valve style or will be week than the brother Stelvio? - all VMC i see is reed valve system. there is some dyno from rotary? - what is the width % from exhaust window? regards eduardo

  22. Hi The dell phbh30 in M1XL is horrible. The polini pwk30 stays fine but don't know what jettinga to beggin. In phbh30 the lesson was studied, needle, atomizator change,etc. The vhst 28 is smaller than pwk? Regards
