On the CDI side (blue box), BOTH green are connected together; Shorting one shorts the other one ! This way, this module can also be easily mounted on PK CDI coils with 3 connectors !

Hallo Leute, Please note that once again this year, Scootentole.org will organize in France (close the German border) an ESC training on the 21-22-23-24 of May 2009 4 (VIER !) days exclusively dedicated to scooter racing, with qualification and race sessions on the 23rd and pure training on the other 3 (DREI ) days ! Official GSF post: http://www.germanscooterforum.de/Rennen_f3...ay_t147875.html Gentlemen, start your engine :)
-
I am reading this a bit late, but I am happy that it solved your problem ! A friend of mine had a similar experience on a "weak" ignition; Without the Spark Magnifier the engine was stalling, could not properly rev-up, .... With the SparkMagnifier the thing was actually working normally ! I suspect a "weakly magnetized" flywheel in his case... Anyway, I made extra-small PCBs with SMD components; it fits *ON* the CDI, *UNDER* the plastic protection; no soldering, invisible, plug'n play. I will test it and if reliability is as good as with the "big" components, I will sell some. Feedbacks and pictures in approx. 2 weeks Edit: And btw, I am running 2 of my SparkMagnifier for more than 2 years now with no problem except one worn wire... (PX LML150cc 5T and VNB with Polini 177 and 28mm carb).

Polini 130 Grauguss - was kann er wirklich?
KTy antwortete auf Patricks's Thema in Vespa V50, Primavera, ET3, PK, ETS etc.
My dyno from RnR 2008, with gears juming and carb not properly jetted, But NICE (Setup on the picture) I now have a PWK33 and of course my gears do not jump anymore So I think 23-24hp is reasonable; hopefully I can dyno it at the next RnR 2009 -
That's indeed the idea

Sorry mate; And Luccio finished 4th so he is a little bit disappointed Anyway, 3rd or 4th, I really enjoyed myself, I feel more confident now and I am ready for the next ESC season, with the "warmup" of the 3rd Challenge Scootentole in Mirecourt , probably the WE of the 24th of May 2009 TO be confirmed...
-
Hi guys, Too bad you couldn't make it ! We had 10 guys from the BSSO (60 overall), including there very top drivers ! Most of them were driving super-powerful Lambrettas, and Sticky (yes the one !) won the Smallframe class on an SS90... I finished 3rd behind him and John from Holland, so I was really happy :) The sun was shining all WE long, this was really a great event, with a nice atmosphere, and great racing for drivers and spectators. As we try our best, we had some nice gifts to give away down to the 10th place in each of the 4 categories; We hope to see you in Mirecourt by the end of May 2009 for the 3rd Challenge Scootentole and in Joigny, probably around October 2009 ! We will keep you updated with the pictures, videos and links: Scootentole: http://www.scootentole.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=46185 http://www.scootentole.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=49800 BSSO forum: http://www.hostingphpbb.com/forum/viewtopi...rum=fastscooter http://www.hostingphpbb.com/forum/viewtopi...rum=fastscooter http://www.hostingphpbb.com/forum/viewtopi...rum=fastscooter Ouch !
