  1. Fast and accurate answer from Olli from grand-sport.de ! ftp://downloads.scootentole.org/uemgntuj/...onic_wiring.jpg :D
  2. Alloha I do not really understand this wiring scheme ! http://lnx.et3.it/phpBB-2.0.17/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=11200 What I am assuming so far is: (wire out of the vespatronic stator) - Blue -> Ground - Red/Black -> AC High Voltage for ignition - Yellow/White -> AC Low Voltage for ligth (need to be regulated) - White/Red -> AC Low Voltage for charging batterie (need to be regulated AND converted to DC) Note: Yellow/White wire and White/Red wire are actually connected together. Correct ?
  3. I believe and I hope it is only the sator alu plate... The rest (rotor and coils) should be exactly the same... Can anyone confirm this ?? KTy
  4. Right, nothing bio please :-D
  5. I am looking for a race seat for my smallframe... Whatever the state, the shape, the color,... anything if usable It has to be quite slim ! Contact me via PM, Danke Schön !!

  7. Ich habe eine Frage: Vorderer Reifen für ESC Smallframe : 90/90-10 oder 3.00x10 ? (Cornering ? ...etc)
  8. In mein keller, habe Ich ein vorne Stoßdämpfer für PK gefunden (~5000km) Für racing mit ein Scheibe Bremse, ist das richtig ? Vielleicht zu weich ? Danke,
  9. No dyno yet.... Exactly, if I am wondering about all this, it is mainly for reliability... Ok, I guess I will let it this way ;) I hope I can make it to the ESC Class2, I will have to operate my fuffi in my 1,5x2m cellar !! :-D If not, Class 5
  10. Thanks for the replies. The base was a Polini 133. AFAIK, I do not really need a window in my piston to feed the 3rd transfer because of my engine configuration. Right ? However, I wanted to drill these holes for better cooling, by continously renewing the gaz under the piston head... But it does not seem to be so popular... My piston already looks like this: http://ktylife.free.fr/vespa/KTy133/KTy134...Pr%e9par%e9.jpg Could it be bad (for pre-compression for instance) if I drill the "green" holes (as previously proposed) ? Or to put it shorter, what else could I do to improve perf. and/or reliability ? A big 3rd transfer window and smalls holes between transfers for lubrification ? Useless/Waste of time ?
  11. I am about to drill some holes in my GS piston for 133cc cylinders. I do not really know if it is really worth it, I want your opinion... The goal is to use the idea behind the "Malossi Patent" to help cool down the piston and reduce gaz inertia... I want to drill 4 holes in green, and also maybe some holes in red in front of the transfers of the 3rd port (or lateral ports ?)
  12. I would not do it the "Red" way, but better this way: In Green, "easy to do", In Orange, the "Zirri approach", one need to also machine the top of the cylinder for seal rings for spigots... What do you think ?
  13. Was ist deine dämpfer ? PX oder PK ?
  14. EDIT: It is the inlet port, not the exhaust port !! Anyway, could it be doable around an exhaust port ?? On the following picture, http://www.curareracing.com/mediac/400_0/m...6;20004.111.jpg you can see 2 channels fed by lateral holes in a SS180 piston modified for a GS160 conversion. Obviously, it improves lubrification and even help cooling a little bit the upper part of the exhaust port. (oups) To my understanding, it may also improve the engine overall output by acting as a "4th port" (exactly in front of the 3rd port). Indeed, when the piston is going down, mixture is also going to be "rushed" through this port, counter-acting the effect of the 3rd port, and helping the fresh mixture to be more "centered" and not escaping through the exhaust port... source: http://www.curareracing.com/51601.html To my knowledge, modern 2Strokes engine doesn't have such things.... What do you think of this ? Pro/cons ?
  15. With a 1mm spacer, isn't your squish a little bit large ??
  16. @BCD: 28mm carb ?? Not too big ? Did you put a 1mm spacer below the cylinder ? If so, how did you compensate ? (grinded 1mm at the top ?) If I want a torquey engine, with SI24 and stock exhaust, what could be a target timing for admission and exhaust port, and also in terms of Time-Areas ? Any advices ?
  17. Received ! Quality "ok", I will measure timings and rework the ports. Relatively small exhaust port, 1mm piston rings, nice large transfers, "nice" head with long sparkplug and coper gasket...
  18. Paaaaßßt et2/et4 Dämpfer auch für "racing" ?
