White horn cover for a PX arco

Hallo,

I'm looking for a white horn cover for a classic px arcobaleno (lusso in deutschland).

I don't wanna buy an horn cover that I've to paint because the result would be different with all used paint of the px.

So, as second hand or new one, it's the same.

The white shall be the classic PIA9/1 not the PIA715 (which is not really white but more ivory).

Hi, I do think to have an horn cover in white color with a small touch to ivory (seems to be a part of an Arcobaleno MY 86 or 85). Please give me time to have a look in my storage until january. I will take some photos and send them to you.

weiß 715 war nur auf PX alt

weiß 691 auf Lusso geht leicht ins Taxibeige

weiß 693 und 694 sind auf den ersten Blick kaum zu unterscheiden

Will this one be helpful (it´s taken on july last year and shows the complete scooter):?

On this one you can imagine the difference between light ivory white and complete white (see the glovebox):.

Both colours are original but I do not know the code.

das Handschuhfach entweder 693 oder 694

hats Du noch die Original Betriebserlaubnis?? oben am Rand steht oft die Farbnummer

z.B. 145691 = 80Lusso in 691er weiß oder

146694 = 80Lusso elestart in 694er weiß

nein :-D so viele weiß px.

sorry Rita, it's not an arco but an lusso (well, it's written on the vespa).

i've a petrol gauge, ignition lock like the arco (not in the front), battery, autolube ??? ...it's like an arco

Maybe you should also try looking for parts or complete bikes to break for spares in your local papers, might be more successful than ordering expensive parts from Germany. Sometimes the old fart next door has just what you want and even more for cheap. Just an idea...

I've already put a topic into the french Vespa forum but nobody has got one. ..and the french forum has radically changed : now quite all articles sold are from many professional...high price bad quality.

As you know, if I paint an horn cover I won't have the same result as an original one in the right colour.

So, if we find a good deal with Rita, I think it's the best way.

About the cost of shipment, french post is so expensive...
