Betrug ? eher Finger weg

habe heute bei mobile.de eine Anzeige entdeckt, in der eine Lambretta GP 200 als Vespa GP 200 TS1 für 850 ? angeboten wird. Kam mir ja schon viel zu billig vor.

Auf meine Anfrage erhielt ich dann folgende Mail von einem Steve Edward:

"Sir,

LAMBRETTA GP 200

Because of my bank loans and my financial problems that i have got i am willing to give it for EUR 800 EURO- shipping included .

The bike is in good condition, has no technical damage at all, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects. It's fun and robust to drive. Technical inspection and emissions testing is passed and stamped as well.. It has title of ownership, cleared of any obligations or fees and comes with all the documents you need to register it.You will not have to pay additional taxes for this (VAT reclaimable).(the bike is register in Germany and have german documents)

It's my personal bike.

I have worked in Germany for the last 1 year and I've purchased the bike there.

My company wanted me back home, so currently I'm in England (UK). I've brought the bike home with me and it's now located in leeds , England.

it `s a pity to keep such a bike and not to use it. It's listed in Germany because when i have posted the bike on motoscout.de ,I had to use a German address.

Now I'm trying to sell it back for such a low price because next week I have a deadline term for paying those taxes.

My bike is already at the www.escrow-europa.com at their local representant.

das kam mir dann ja noch spanischer vor. Nach Internetrecherche habe ich herausgefunden, dass zur Firma Escow diverse sehr kritische Beiträge vorliegen und die Firma auch auf Seiten mit Listen von Bankbetrug zu finden ist. Daher denk ich mal, FINGER WEG !!

Aus Interesse habe ich diesem Steve nochmal geschrieben:

To prevent any fraud, please provide me with pictures of the German registration documents, where I can see the frame number. I also need a picture of the frame with the frame number, just to be sure the bike hasn´t been stolen.

Your picture of the bike at mobile.de shows a non-original exhaust and front brake. What brand are they? Have you got any more pictures of the bike? Are there any other technical changes like the TS1 in the mobile description?

jo, er hat sich sofort gemeldet, aber ist auf meine Fragen überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Er hat nur bezüglich Escrow geantwortet, danach hatte ich aber gar nicth gefragt:

If by any reason (the bike has any hidden damage or it isn't like i describe it) you can reject the deal. In this case Shipping Company will refund you totally and they will ship the bike back on MY cost.

Betrüger! War kurzem schon ne SS90 für schmales drin, würd ich sofort bei mobile melden.

Vor ein paar Wochen war ne Oldie-Vespa bei mobile drin, die waren so dreist und haben die Bilder & Text (sofort-kauf usw..) einer grad abgelaufenden ebay Auktion komplett geklaut/übernommen. Das Teil ging bei ebay für 4000,- weg, die haben es für 2000,- inseriert.....falsche Tel., Adresse usw. Leider nix neues.

Mobile.de interessiert das alles nicht. Habe schon drei mal meine Zeit mit sowas vergeudet, diese beschissen übersetzten Emails zu lesen. Kann man direkt vergessen, wenn das Angebot "zu gut" ist. Habe das auch an mobile gemeldet, die Inserate stehen aber uneverändert drin.

Link doch mal bitte welche das noch sind. Interessehalber. Vor einiger Zeit stand auch mal ne SX 200 drin für um 3.500 flocken (also weit weg von dem was manche als angemessen für sowas sehen aber in einer total anderen Preisregion also die 850 flocken in diesem Fall) wo auch ähnliche mails angeblich aus England kamen. Kann man nur hoffen dass nicht doch mal einer drauf reinfällt... Im Zweifelsfall Fragen stellen wie : Ist das die extrem seltene 4-Takt Version ...

Also als ich vor kurzem ein Inserat gemeldet hatte, wars nächsten Tag gelöscht. Sobald du schreibst das die Vorkasse wollen, Standort nicht stimmt usw. wirds "eigentlich" rausgenommen.

Finger weg, so was ähnliches hatte ich auch schon mal bei mobile.de. Ich wollte es denn Grünen melden aber die hats nicht interessiert und der Kollege der sich mit Internet auskennt hatte Urlaub .

In der aktuellen ADAC Motorwelt ist ein kurzer Artikel darüber. Dort ging es bei dem Opfer um einen, der Fzg in GB kaufen wollte - Besitzer was von D > GB gezogen und konnte mit Linkslenker nichts mehr anfangen...

Die Geschichte klingt dann ja noch 100x plausiebler, als die SX200 die unbedingt ganz schnell weg muss.
