Arthur, my problem is that Marco,someone who I discovered in this forum via the exhaust dyno thread,

has been paid 320 euros by me,for an exhaust that doesn't fit few months ago,

if you don't have the same problem,don't post at this topic,

I want to find out who else has this problem and if we can solve it,

there so many other topics post there if you don't care about this.

After all that time, I would cut the box, do a corretion and weld it new...than mount and drive....the prob with PipeDesign is than nothing for GSF...or didnt you notices that more than give you the mobil and email isnt possible for users here?!?!...what u ask for, fixing your prob with the box or contact PD? GSF may can help with probs, but "Technik Forum" area isnt the place for "personal-contact-probs"...good luck

Dimitrios I could tell the same story like you and I did, what you would know

if you would understand German. A few weeks ago I gave my Lambretta to

a club members garage for serveral repair-works, by the way mounting the

PD silent box. After the work was done he told me and the forum the it lasted

several hours to fix the exhaust. I was not excited about that but he solved

the problem so I made the decision that it doesn´t make sense to contact

PD. What should I have told  them? Give me 80.- € please, the mounting took

more than 3 hours? I bought the exhaust because I wanted more power

than with my BGM-Clubman and less noise. What I got is neither more power

nor less noise....

 

Your topic-title let people expect to get information about the Pipe Design

Silentbox. If your intention is solving communication problems with the

company, think about changing the title.

Fahrbarkeit, kraftvolle Leistungsentfaltung bei angenehmem Geräuschaufkommen

 

Die Silent-Box Original Lambretta kommt in Kürze. Hier schonmal ein kleiner Vorgeschmack der Verlegung anhand eines Prototyps.     

 

Im Prinzip wird die Serie baugleich werden. Nur mit "schönen" Schweißnähten, versteckt ausgeführten Schnitten und einer schwarzen Beschichtung als finish. Rein optisch erinnert die Silent-Box Lambretta an die Verlegung der bestens bekannten Bullet und Charger TS1. Wenn man so will steht die Silent-box formal in Konkurrenz zum Clubman, Ancilotti, BGM-BigBox (beide Scooter-Center) oder Gori-50. Bezüglich Performance, Geräuschentwicklung und Qualität ist diese allerdings auf einem höheren Level anzusiedeln. "

Hi Guys,

I don't want to bore you with Marco etc, and the fact that he hasn't replied to me YET,sorry about this,

few days ago I fitted a Gori 50mm to a new build,it fits like a dream,

I'm going to sell the S-Box,if anyone is interested let me know,send me a PM,

you have seen the problem,you know what it needs to be done,

if you can fix it, good for you,

I don't have a welding machine,I'm not going to pay extra money for this.

I don't have a welding machine,
I carried on my hands the crankcase with the cylinder,head and the exhaust fitted, to a friend few blocks away from my place.

Was hat das alles mit der Pipedesign-Silentbox zu tun? Es kommt mir eher wie eine nicht enden wollende Selbstdarstellung des Herrn RC166 vor.
