Serveta Lince 125 - SOLD

Hello all, I am selling my 1985 Serveta Lince 125.

I imported it from Spain in 2014, took it apart and rebuilt it only with good quality parts over the years taking my time. This project is finished since years but I have other scooters so I only enjoyed it for around 700 kms. I decided it’s time to let it go, it deserves to fulfill its destiny …

Everything has been refurbished with no compromise, the list of parts changed and upgraded would be too long to enumerate but to summarize :

- Chassis :

Chassis and fork sandblasted and painted with a strong coat of epoxy
Body panels in original paint
Fork rebuilt, MMW brake disc kit and Stage 6 radial caliper
New Sx handlebar (probably from Asia), Formula master cylinder
Gamma RTSE1000 monitoring (speed, rpm, odometer, CHT, EGT) installed on legshield toolbox
Oiltek long range aluminum tank 16 liters
Protech rear shock
Homemade battery holder
SIP tubeless rims with Heidenau K58 tires

- Engine :

Imola cylinder kit (latest version) >> diagrams 125/179, squich 1.4mm, CR 9.15:1
BGM 58x110 crankshaft, Yamaha conrod
Scootronic 12v DC ignition with AF Rayspeed lightened flywheel
Casaperformance chain tensioner
MMW 7 plates clutch
Li150 gearbox (16x46)
BGM V4 exhaust
PHBH 30 carb with CTS filter

Pros :

Smooth engine, handle great and very easy to use with a soft clutch lever
Front brake is very impressive, thank to the anti-dive system and the radial setup

Cons :

The front end may be a little bit too stiff because of the reinforced fork springs
The rear indicators are not connected because as soon as I plug them it blown the fuse … the relay may be faulty, but I am not an electronic expert unfortunately and I quickly gave up as I don’t use them anyway
The speedometer is a repro, a weird noise appears recently while driving … I have still the original one which is fully functional I can give or replaced if you want

The scooter is located near Paris.
