The translation program you used is not really helpful. :-D

30°/v.OT would be 30° before TDC in English.

Knud, bis bald in Rotenburg! :-D

@ fastzirri: If you get the monster running, we would like to see you at the quarter mile race near Bremen on October 1st!

For further information: www.beschleunigungsrennen.com and www.minusschrauber.com

Canada?? :-D

So please tell us about the Vespa-Scene in Canada-and how do you get there a Zirri MR 2100-its really, really rare- even in Italy... :-D

This the result from my Zirri-fitted with a 37 VHSA,a Motoplat-Ignition and an exhaust from a Fully-cross-Bike.

There are NO works on the Cylinder and Piston so far-so there is still a little Potenzial for more Horse-Powers... :-D

The scooter scene is pretty good here some fast scooters. I bought the kit from a guy who has had it in his shop for 8 years never had enough time to build it. plus the fact he has a very fast lambretta with nitrous. my setup is going to be the mr2100 with a mikuni tm32mm flat slide hope that should be enough.post-12087-1124567000_thumb.jpgpost-12087-1124567100_thumb.jpgpost-12087-1124567039_thumb.jpg those are some the the fast bike in our scene here and yes that is nitrous and a turbo on a TS1 240cc Lambretta.

I`d like to say that a 32-Carb.wouldnt be big enough.

The 37 Dello is part of the Zirri-Kit.

The next days i will fit my new 38 Keihin... :-D

Holly Shit-this Turbo-Nitro-Thing is very evil...

Do you have any times about running on the Quartermile?

The turbo doesn't kick in until the close to the end of the quartermile with out hitting the nitrous he's running low 15 sec in 1/4 mile if i remember correctly

the kehin cark is simular to the mikuni correct?

the mikuni flat slide 32 is about eh same as a larger dellorto round slide

my friend who is running a mr2000 told me the mikuni tm 32mm flat is the the best setup he has had and he's hitting 160km/h

is there that much of a difference between the mr2000 and 2100?

Well-maybe the air in canada is cooler so you can choose Cabs that arent so big... :grins: :-D

No,in fact the Zirris i know drive currently >34mm Cabs-but of course it is a question of the rest from setup.

Maybe its better to drive a little Cab when you choose more Power by lower rpms?

15 sec. for the Qm is not soo bad... :-D :wasntme:

I think the MR2100 is the same like the MR2000 air-cooled-but there are three different kinds of it i mean.

What kinda of times are you running for the quarter mile?

aside from carb what setup are you using in term of transmission, crank and upgear?

Siehste in der Schule lernste nur Blödsinn...

Crankshaft is a "fullround"( :-D ) with 19mm for taking up the Motoplat-Ignition,

Transmission is a 2,56 with a short 4th-Gear from Zirri.

Best time so far was a 15,8 sec with a badly slippering clutch... :-D

There were only ONE run on a Quartermile without problems so far... :-D

thin-taper full-circle crankshaft. motoplat ignition. 2.56 primary drive, zirri short fourth. ;-):-D

the scooter is VERY loud when run in small buildings, especially living-rooms. ;-) scooterists love it, girlfriends hate it. :-D

Sorry...short offtopic!

Hi, Fastzirri!

do you know how I can get in contact with the Turbo-Lambretta owner? An e-mail adress or something?

I´m currently working on a turbocharged Vespa (without NOS...)

Would be cool to talk to someone who has some experience.

Thanks!

i got my scooter running it wwas running great i pulled it apart to check everything was ok. the bottom of the cylinder that fitting into the sigot of the case on the intake side was broken. i have taken it to a shop of a friend he can weld and fix it i'd be looking at having to get it re nicasiled at approx 400$ i'm starting to wonder if it is worth it. what do you think of rthe new mr2000 iron or the fabrizi stuff? is there any way or any chance i could find a replacement cylinder and suggestions at all. i loved the way this kit ran even before i got all the jetting right.

i'd appreciate any ideas or suggestion you have.

Geschrieben (bearbeitet)

you can have it re-nikasiled through one of this forum's users - there is a topic under "Dienstleistungs Angebote" - but I don't know if it is still availuable.

This would be way cheaper than the suggested 400$ - posting isn't that expensive.

Otherwise, I guess there's enough power to find within a tuned Malossi or Polini Zylinder.

Check out the web page of forum member Olli Ets - www.grandsport.de

he has new Zirris, and more important: the nice GS piston to get the Polini ( and malossi ) runnning. :-D
